Spectrum Race Equality Network
Founded in 2021, SREN is a safe space for members to look at and discuss a range of race inequality issues in the workplace, in order to co-create solutions.
Spectrum Lived Experience Network
Since the start of 2023, SLEN builds on our ambition to become a lived experience inclusive employer - supporting our current and future workforce.
Spectrum Rainbow Network
Our Rainbow Network is a space where LGBTQIA+ staff and allies can come together to connect, share experiences, and help shape a more inclusive workplace.
“I joined SREN to be able to discuss issues faced at work, with people of similar backgrounds who’d understand or have faced similar problems. I also joined to support and prevent other people from facing the same issues. Networks support staff by offering a safe, confidential space to discuss problems and give advice on how to tackle them.” – SREN member
